Refund policy
In accordance with European law (Directive 2011/83/EU and Italian Legislative Decree 206/2005), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without providing any reason.
Conditions for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging.

Sealed products (e.g. cosmetics) that were opened

You’ll receive confirmation and return instructions, including the return address.

Ship the items to us (at your expense) using a trackable courier service.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will issue your refund within 14 days.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping costs (original and return) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g. incorrect or defective item).
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@azaluna.it. We will replace the product or offer a full refund, including shipping fees.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
In compliance with Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery
